Ultrasound and Terfenol D speakers, recorded soundtracks, and duct, plumbing, furniture, and architecture modifications.
Through infiltrations in duct and plumbing systems, sound emerges from air vents, sinks and architectural features throughout the museum. At 9 sites, voices address museum visitors directly, stating positive reinforcements. The sound material was edited from the spoken contributions of 72 volunteers.
